AMC launches compact Atom embedded PC

 Only 1U in height and 120mm square

Advanced Modular Computers has introduced two new highly-compact industrial computers targeted at industrial thin-client applications or distributed processing nodes such as those found in production lines. The small form factor and rugged construction is ideal for mounting within existing equipment or in inaccessible locations. This is aided by a very flexible set of fixing options, such as VESA 75, VESA 100 and wall-mount. as well as wireless, 4 x USB ports, 2 x serial ports and GB Ethernet.

A Compact Flash socket and two SD slots for storage extension provides all the memory capacity needed for an embedded application.
